Tick, Tick…Boom

Well, Tick, Tick…Boom is a film that showcases such talent through renowned actor Andrew Garfield. Garfield plays the American playwright and composer Jonathan Larson. The Free Piano Sheet Music is an adaptation of Larson’s autobiographical musical, focusing on the days that lead up to his breakthrough performance. It shows the artist’s struggle to reach that critical performance despite incredible pressure from his peers and the artistic community affected by the AIDS epidemic. This film is Lin-Manuel’s feature directorial debut and was released in the last quarter of 2021.

Escape from Spiderhead

This film is a Science Fiction Thriller about two convicts that live in a society in the near future. The film explores who they deal with in their past lives while trapped in a facility that uses emotion-altering drugs to experiment on its prisoners. The upcoming Netflix film features a star-studded cast of Chris Hemsworth, Miles Teller, and Jurnee Smollett. Joseph Kosinski is directing the film, and it’s set to release this year.

Single All the Way

Single All the Way is a Canadian Romantic Comedy film about a man who asks his best friend to pretend to be his romantic partner for the holidays to convince his family’s judgment about him being single always. The film is directed by Michael Mayer and is set to release during Holiday 2021.

Bruised

Bruised is directed by the famous actress Halle Berry and was released in 2020 at the 2020 Toronto International Film Festival. However, the Drama film will also be released on Netflix sometime in 2021. The film is about Jackie Justice (played by Halle Berry), a disgraced mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter. Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie

This feature film is an extension of the 2D animated Nickelodeon TV show Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The film is about the popular superhero group of 4 anthropomorphic turtle brothers. In this film, they’ll work together to save the world from the villain called Krang. Haley Joel Osment will also perform as part of the voice cast of the film. It’s set to release sometime in 2021.

There’s Someone Inside Your House

There’s Someone Inside Your House is an upcoming Slasher film, i.e., a subgenre of Horror films, focused specifically on murdering several people with a blade or similar tool. The film is based on a novel of the same name by Stephanie Perkins. Thus, the story is about Makani Young, who moved to Nebraska from Hawaii to finish high school and live with her grandmother. As graduation nears, a killer stalks her classmates and terrorizes the town, leaving Makani to solve the mystery of the killer’s identity.
