Air Quality Device

These Factors will Reveal Why you Need Air Quality Device

In terms of the effect of air pollution on human health, the primary area of public concern and government policy tends to be outdoor air. However, the major concern over a few decades is more towards indoor air quality (IAQ). as the name suggests it is associated with indoor places like residences, offices, buildings etc,. Now the question is how does the indoor air gets polluted? How is it associated with Air Quality Device?

What are the main factors in indoor air quality?

The principal factors that decide the quality of indoor air are:

  • Chemicals:

Foul smells and irritation of the skin, nose, and throat are two common causes of complaints about poor indoor air quality. Specific chemicals, but also factors such as dry air, can induce such irritation.

Bad smells are not self-harmful, but they carry the tendency to cause release adverse effects which can harm health and give rise to symptoms like headache, nausea, eye and even throat infectionThe hazards associated with chemicals and their health effects, especially long-term exposures, are not always well understood.

  • Radon:

Radon is a gas that in some regions occurs naturally in soil and rock and can get within buildings by spreading through the soil. It can lead to lung cancer in the indoor climate.

  • Suspended particles:

Coarse, small and ultrafine particles in ambient air, including respiratory and cardiovascular systems, are known to cause adverse health effects. Particles may partly derive from outdoor emissions, but may also form indoors through the combustion of heating and cooking fuels and reactions between ozone and some volatile organic compounds (VOCs).In addition, as indoor air contaminants, man-made nanoparticles, which are increasingly used in consumer goods, may have an effect

  • Microbes:

In the development of asthma and allergies affecting the airways, microorganisms such as fungi and viruses may play a role. For example, this is a concern in damp buildings or indoor environments where mould occurs because many fungi release allergy-causing substances. Indoor air can also spread viral infections and some of these can lead to a rise in asthma and allergies.

  • Double trouble:

Pets and pests cause a lot of trouble in such a case. Talking about indoors pests, house dust mites, cockroaches and mice are known to be the top major allergens. These allergens can result in spreading airway diseases, rhinitis, and asthma as well. However, it depends on the climate as well. Did you know there is an uncertain rate how much the pets influence the development of asthma amongst individuals.

Allergic individuals should, however, avoid exposure to substances to which they are allergic.

Humidity: The indoor air has an acceptable degree of humidity. Too low humidity causes irritation of the eyes, dry skin, and rashes, while too high humidity causes damage to water and mould problems and promotes dust mite growth.

Ventilation: It is one of the most significant factors deciding the consistency of indoor air. Poorly airy offices and classrooms, for example, may affect the performance of health and work or academics. In heavily insulated buildings that allow little air exchange with the outside, regulated ventilation is particularly required.

Temperature: Indoor air which is really cold or hot is extremely unsafe, as well as causing discomfort. For instance, the air that is too warm aggravates the effects of insufficient humidity.

There are many measures that science has come up with in the form of  IAQ Solution. For the sake of our own health, people should start considering it properly,
