China: Heavy Rains Wreak Havoc, 480-Years-Old Bridge Collapses

Heavy rains have wreaked havoc in China, with floodwaters causing a 480-year-old bridge collapse on sight.

In this way, the rains reduce the intensity of heat and make the weather extremely pleasant. However, these rains cause havoc if they become a storm.

Floods have also wreaked havoc in China’s Anhui province following recent torrential rains and roads have begun to look like canals, while floodwaters have caused a 480-year-old bridge to collapse on sight.

According to media reports, several vehicles were stranded due to the flash floods, roads, and several buildings were also damaged but no casualties were reported while emergency has been declared by the administration at various places.
