Miami real estate company is going to build a skyscraper. It should become the tallest on the territory from the south to New York. Apartment sales started in March this year. The building is almost 320 meters high. It will have 98 floors. The architectural miracle will consist of cubes arranged in a spiral displacement. The project was named Waldorf Astoria residences, Miami. The hotel will be located on the first 16 floors, while cafés, restaurants, spas, gyms with swimming pools, and conference rooms will be located above. Then residential apartments will be located, and the last floors will be reserved for penthouses.

An Unusual Skyscraper Will Appear in Miami

One-room, two-room, three-room, and four-room apartments will be available for living in the residential complex, they are fully furnished. The costs:

• one-room apartments will start from $1 million;
• two-room apartments — from $1.8 million;
• three-room apartments — from $4.5 million;
• four-room apartments — from $5 million.

Sales are expected to exceed $1 billion.

Waldorf Astoria residences Miami was developed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with architect Carlos Ott and PMG. Another spiral skyscraper is under construction in New York. Its opening is scheduled for 2022.

The building will become the headquarters of the Pfizer company, one of the developers of the coronavirus vaccine. The pharmaceutical giant will occupy 14 floors of the Waldorf Astoria building.
