This Item cannot be Sent
This error message usually has to do with the configuration of the outgoing mail message. If the user encounters this message, the destination address (To / to) should be checked first. Most of the time I get this error for setting the destination address incorrectly.
Some versions of Outlook indicate that they do not recognize the destination address. This error can also occur when there is a problem within HTML-based messages. Changing the format of the outgoing message from HTML to plain text or rich text should solve the problem.

This message depends on the version of Outlook you are using; you might also see: Server not found or Error 0x800CCC0F. First, make sure the computer displaying the error is connected to an active network. Once the connectivity is verified, the next case is to make sure that the user is properly registered. For example, if Outlook is connecting to a POP3 server and the user changed their password without updating Outlook, they will likely receive this message the next time they want to log into Outlook.
This error message indicates a problem with permissions or connectivity, but the user may also receive it if their Outlook profile has been corrupted. In POP3 environments, this could point to a corrupted message in the user’s mailboxes. Occasionally the error can be caused by a blocked firewall or overly aggressive antivirus software, but this is rare. If the user’s connectivity and permissions are not corrupted, you can try deleting and recreating the user’s profile from Outlook.
Users may receive this error message when trying to open Microsoft Outlook, stating that the application cannot be opened because it is corrupted. The way to repair it will depend on the version of Outlook and Windows that you are using. If you manage Outlook 2010 in Windows 7, open the Control Panel and go to Programs -> Programs and Features. Select the Microsoft Office option and click Change. When the Office 2010 startup screen appears, choose the Repair option and follow the instructions. Outlook Keeps Asking for User Password
When this error occurs, Outlook prompts users to enter their passwords every time they want to send an email message. The problem occurs if Outlook has not been configured to save user passwords. If you do not select the option to save the user’s password, Outlook will ask for it every time you send an email. To repair it, open the Control Panel and use the mail option to edit your profile in Outlook.
Problems Reinstalling Outlook 2007
If you want to remove Outlook 2010 and reinstall Outlook 2007, you may receive a message stating that Outlook cannot be installed because of an incompatible profile. To repair it you will have to delete the problematic profile. The Outlook 2010 uninstallation process that you use will depend on the version of Windows that you use. In Windows 7, open Control Panel and go to User Accounts -> Mail. When the Mail Settings dialog appears, click Show Profiles. Choose the profile you want to delete and click the Remove button.
