Rosetta Qadhi, CEO of the Think and Grow Rich Caribbean Institute (Life Redesign), is helping individuals redesign their lives and achieve their dreams using the power of their minds. According to Rosetta, it is all about the mindset, and once you set your mind on something, there is nothing that you can’t achieve.

Not just an entrepreneur, Rosetta is a motivational speaker, life coach, and a doting mother. In fact, she has made a name for herself as a global business leader, having businesses in various countries.

Facilitating people has been a part of her personality ever since she was a little kid. It would not be an exaggeration to say that she always had it in her to assist people to get back on track. Yet, she began her career as a life coach once she transformed herself physically, mentally, financially, and emotionally. Once she was confident that she had mastered enough skills to impart to others, she started her journey in the self-help industry.

Born and raised in Jamaica, Rosetta hailed from a working-class where her parents, at times, couldn’t afford regular meals. However, she had the power to dream big and change her life. She owes her success to Napoleon Hill’s principles that transformed her life and vowed to do the same for others who are going through a rough patch and aspire to succeed.

Through Life Redesign, she holds regular workshops that teach people how to be independent in all aspects of life – emotional, physical, mental, and financial. Most importantly, she assists people in becoming spiritually independent. Not only that, Rosetta offers career counseling, health counseling, hypnosis, personal development, private coaching, retreats, and cruises to aid people in exploring themselves, breaking their chains, and freeing their minds of insignificant limitations.

She is a true advocate of creating your own beauty standards. “Beauty is a state of mind, not a state of your body,” stresses Rosetta. She offers coaching sessions for people struggling with self-image issues and helps them to accept themselves the way they are by being confident in their skin. She inspires people to believe that beauty is not about being tall, slender, blonde, or brunette, but in fact, it’s about your personality and characteristics. When you feel good about yourself and accept who you are, you carry yourself with a sense of confidence, self-love, and self-acceptance. That is what makes you beautiful.

Having achieved so much in life and inspired thousands of people across the globe, Rosetta Qadhi still believes in doing more. Along with all of these achievements, she is a second-degree black belt in Goju Ryu Karate-Do. She has recently completed the Psychoneuroimmunology Program with distinction, just a couple of months after she underwent a kidney transplant. However, she believes her biggest achievement is giving birth to her son, and being a mother brings her immense hope and joy.

Rosetta is indeed a fighter. While going through her dialysis and kidney transplant, she continued training in martial arts. Besides, she completed all her assignments from the university program along with helping her family and clients transform their own lives without hinting at what was going on in her personal life. Her life is undoubtedly an example for those who quit and lose hope after facing slight inconveniences.

She is a positive person, full of hope and enthusiasm toward life. “What gets me up in the morning is the new day’s opportunity. Every morning I wake up, I feel as though I am newly alive in this world, and I get eager to see all the opportunities that day has to offer by refreshing my perspective on something I hadn’t seen before or wasn’t aware of,” explains Rosetta.

The reason behind her success is her approach to life and work. She is a strategic, results-oriented professional that understands the value of remaining open-minded. By embracing open-mindedness, she captures opportunities others may miss, making her an inspiring leader. Success, in her opinion, is a team effort, relying on the expertise of everyone and not just her own.
